Need a copy of your pet’s health records or care history? Exporting your data from the 11pets app is simple and takes less than a minute. Here’s how to do it:
Open the 11pets App on your device.
Tap the three dashed menu icon (☰) in the top-left corner of the screen.
At the top of the menu, tap on your profile name to access your account settings.
At the bottom of the screen, tap “Export your data” on the bottom-left corner.
This will generate a file containing all your stored information, which you can save or share as needed.
