If you’ve decided to stop using 11pets and want to delete your account, we’ve made the process quick and straightforward. Whether you're switching platforms, starting fresh, or simply stepping away, you can remove your account directly from the app in just a few taps.
Here’s how to do it:
Open the 11pets App on your device.
Tap the three dashed menu icon (☰) in the top-left corner of the screen.
At the top of the menu, tap on your profile name to access your account settings.
Scroll to the bottom and tap “Delete your account” in the bottom-right corner.
Once you confirm, your account and associated data will be permanently removed.
