Keeping your account secure is important, and updating your password regularly is a smart move. Here’s how you can change your password directly in the 11pets app:
Open the 11pets App on your device.
Tap the three dashed menu icon (☰) in the top-left corner of the screen.
Tap your profile name at the top of the menu to open your account settings.
At the bottom center of the screen, tap “Change your password.”
Follow the prompts to enter your current password and set a new one.
If you forget your password or experience any trouble, reach out to our support team for help resetting it.
