With the 11pets: Groomer Web App you can keep a lot of useful information about each pet. So when the pet returns after a while, you can quickly see all the details of the previous session.
This tutorial shows all the information you can save, how to add it and where to find it, so that when you need to consult or add information about an animal, you don’t waste a minute.
To get started, go to the animal’s profile from the main menu.
Here you can see all the information you have about the animal, as well as how to add more if you wish.
Tap the “pencil” icon to edit or add information.
- Main information
First is the main information. In this you can add a profile photo, the name and the species, its gender, whether or not it is pure breed and its breed.
- Basic information
Next we find the basic information, consisting of the date of birth or age, whether or not the animal is neutered, its color and notes.
- Other information
In this section you will find other information that may be helpful about the animal, how the animal has its hair and whether or not it has passed away.
- Contacts
To finish this section, you will find the contacts. You can add all the contacts you want, as well as different roles (owner, emergency or vet).
When you have finished adding all the information you have about the animal, tap “Submit.”
The information we just added about Brei can be seen in the “Summary” of the animal.
If you scroll down, you can add more information. In this case, the “Warnings” and “Notes”. Warnings are notes that you can keep as a precaution for future sessions. As shown below, Brei has a “Skin Allergy” Warning.
We can add more Warnings by tapping on “+”.
As shown in the Warnings, Notes will help you remember important questions for future sessions and are added by tapping “+”.
In this case, for example, it is good to reward Brei with a treat because it helps him to behave, so you can write it down as a note.
Next is the Techniques section. You can write down the techniques that you have used in each pet to have a record for future sessions.
The last section of the Animal Summary is Behavior. We have a tutorial dedicated to this section where it is explained step by step what it offers.
Moving to another section, you will find the Appointments section. In it you will find a list with the history of all the appointments you have had or have scheduled with that pet. You will be able to see information such as the day and time, the techniques or how long it lasted, among other information.
The Photo Gallery is the third section. In it you can add all the photographs and videos you want so that, if in the future you want to see any detail, you have images of it. In addition, you can add photos to the Timeline so that they are saved in chronological order.
Finally, there is the Statistics section, which provides detailed statistics on that particular pet. You can find information about the appointments you have had, such as the price, the frequency in which it visited you or the average price, as well as the status in which it arrives, for example.
If you found this functionality of the 11pets: Groomer Web App useful, we have a dedicated tutorial that explains how it works for mobile devices in case you use them.
