11pets: Adopt allows keeping all the information for the animals up to date. This tutorial explains in detail all the data that can be kept for each pet.
Track the legal states and the whereabouts of an animal
The State section allows keeping detailed information about the whereabouts and the legal state of each animal, that is whether it is available for adoption, in a waiting period, adopted etc. With this functionality you can log how the animal entered the shelter, where it is at each point in time and how its situation changes over time. In addition, with this section, you also create and store the adoption and fostering contracts.
Share the animal’s data with the adopter
This procedure is very important, since in this way the adopter will acquire all the necessary information to make maintenance easy. With this functionality the adopter will know when the last deworming has occurred and when they will have to be done in the future, if it has or has had any disease or pathology and if the animal requires specific medications or care, among other things. The copy that will be given to the new family is not binding, that is: if the adopter adds or modifies information, the data that the shelter has will remain unchanged.
