11pets: Groomer – The information you can keep for each pet

11pets: Groomer allows keeping all the information for each pet in an efficient and intuitive way. The information is structured to allow easy access and save time. If you did not add any pet yet, checkout out this tutorial to find out how.

Main Menu

There is a Main Menu for each pet that summarizes all the important information. This menu includes:

  • Photo, name and age of the pet
  • A list of the warnings you have set for this pet
  • The contacts of the owner or owners
  • The grooming technique
  • Notes about the behavior
  • The date of the last completed and the next scheduled appointment

Each part of this menu, provides fast access to the corresponding section. For example, if you tap the list icon next to the behavior, you will be redirected to the Behavior section for this pet.

Main Pet Menu

Details – Main Information

To access this section, tap the “Details” button at the bottom left part of the Main Menu. This section allows storing all the basic information of the pet:

  • Name, breed, photo, gender
  • The age can be set either exactly (birthday) or as an approximate (years and months)
  • Set if the pet is neutered/spayed
  • Define the color
  • Add general notes

Details – Other Information

To access this Section, tap the Title (green text) at the top of your screen. Then select the “Other Information” option. In this section you can store:

  • The hair type of the pet
  • If the pet has passed away

Details – Behavior

To access this Section, tap the Title (green text) at the top of your screen. Then select the “Behavior” option. In this section you can store information about the behavior of the pet.

  • Rate different behavior parameters
  • Keep relevant notes

Details – Contacts

To access this Section, tap the Title (green text) at the top of your screen. Then select the “Contacts” option. In this section you can store information about the contacts of a pet.

  • One or more owners
  • Emergency contact if available
  • The contact of the veterinarian if it is available

Grooming Technique

To access this section, tap the List button that is next to the Technique from the main menu. Here you can store information about the grooming technique you use for this pet. This section is in the form of a list and can include multiple entries.

Appointments

To access this section, tap the “Appointments” button at the bottom of the screen. This section shows all the past and scheduled appointments for this pet.

Notes and Warnings

To access this section, tap the “Notes and Warnings” button at the bottom of the screen. In this section you can keep different warnings for this pet (medical, behavioral, other) and define their severity. These warnings will appear at the Main Menu of the pet. In addition, you can keep any notes you find relevant. A typical example, is to keep details about the grooming technique.

Gallery

To access this section, tap the “Gallery” button at the bottom of the screen. Here you can store photos of this pet. Keeping photos when you finish a grooming session is a great way to showcase your work.

Statistics

To access this section, tap the “Statistics” button at the bottom of the screen. This section holds the statistics related to the grooming sessions of this pet. You can see the way the pet typically comes in, the total income from this pet, the frequency of its grooming sessions and how long these sessions typically take.
