When a professional shares the information of an appointment with you, you can recover it using the 11pets app. We have three different tutorials depending on whether you are:
- a new user to 11pets
- you already have an 11pets account but the app is not installed
- if the app is already installed on your device

If the app is installed on your device
You have to follow just 2 steps:
- From the main menu, tap the “Fetch Electronic appointment” button.
- Insert the code provided to you by the professional
