Share the appointment information with your customer with the 11pets: Groomer Web App

With the 11pets: Groomer Web App you will have the ability to share the information of an appointment with the owner of the animal.

This tutorial shows how to send a notification to your clients, so that they can retrieve the information of an appointment. When customers book an appointment through the app for pet owners 11pets: Pet Care, this process is automatic.

This procedure is for appointments that you have added manually, for example, via phone call. You will be able to explain how to retrieve the information, provide them with the code for it and explain what the 11pets app is for. In addition, you can include the link to a tutorial where we explain step by step how they can retrieve the information.

First, from the control panel go to the “Appointments” section.

Click on the appointment (Remember: only for appointments that you have added manually) to open its information.

Once you have the appointment information open, enable the “Send reminders to the owner” section. So you will have the possibility to personalize and send the reminders.

The “Message” section will appear. In it we can see the default message and the customer’s contact information.

In case you have more than one email or phone number for that customer, you can switch between them from here.

To personalize the message, tap on the pencil in the upper right corner.

A drop-down will open with different information that you can change. You will focus on the part “Send the reminders to the owner”.

The message is divided into three by default: prologue, functionalities and instructions. You can customize any of the default texts. Once you have the personalized texts, tap “Send” in the lower right corner to save them.

Finally, choose how you want the customer to be notified. In this case we can choose between WhatsApp or email. Let’s do it via WhatsApp.

A preview of the message that will be sent to the client will be shown. By tapping on “Continue to chat” the WhatsApp app will open and you will be able to send the message.

In case of sending it via email, your email will be opened in the browser or app you have on your device.
