The Groomer Plus plan of 11pets: Groomer allows you to fully track your invoicing, generate electronic receipts and send them to your customers and also download detailed reports for all your sales and invoicing. To enable all these features, it is necessary to first configure the invoicing and tax profile.
This tutorial shows step by step how to set up the Invoicing Profile of the 11pets: Groomer Web App. This is important since it is the information that will appear on the electronic receipts that you generate and send to your customers.
First, from the control panel go to “Settings”.
Now go to “Invoicing Profile”.
Tap the pencil in the upper right corner to edit.
Here is all the information that you can customize from the Invoicing Profile. Start by adding your company logo.
Now add the information related to your business, the name, legal identification number, telephone and email.
Continue adding the currency.
Next, add the invoice numbering. To give an example: if you want the numbering to be “11PETS1”, the prefix will be “11PETS”. The value of the initial invoice is the value prior to the one that the first invoice that we generate will have. Since we want the first invoice to be called “11PETS1”, the initial value is “0”.
The next invoice we generate is going to be called “11PETS2”, and so on.
Finally, add the location of your business.
To save your changes, tap “Submit.”
And the information will be saved automatically.
