Once you have logged into the 11pets: Groomer Web App, you can access and set up the Business Profile. To do it from the Control Panel, just tap “Settings” in the “Electronic Appointments” section.
If you already used the 11pets: Groomer app so you already have the Business Profile configured, the information that you had will appear in the Web App. Although you can easily change it.
The information you add in the Business Profile will be visible when customers find your profile in the 11pets: Pet Care. In the “Basic Information” section you have to add the data related to the profile photo or logo, name, a brief description, contact (referring to the phone number and email), the establishment’s address, etc.
The next step is to define your opening hours, we have a dedicated tutorial to it. By clicking on any square you can select it or not depending on whether you want that time slot to be inside or outside your opening hours.
The last step to set up your Business Profile is to add the services offered. We also have a dedicated tutorial explaining how to add products.
Let’s add, for example, General Review.
After adding the service information, press “Submit” and the service will be added to the list.
Once we have all the services, click “Done” to finish the configuration.

It is possible that in the future you want to change information of the one set up in the Business Profile. For these occasions, click on your profile icon in the upper right corner as shown below.
In the dropdown, tap “Settings”.
Your Business Profile will appear. From here you can modify all the information you want.
