Remind your clients of their appointments with the 11pets: Groomer Web App

Customers don’t always book an appointment through the app, sometimes they do it via phone call, for example. For these occasions it is very useful to be able to send them reminders, so that they don’t forget their appointments.

This tutorial explains step by step how to send reminders to clients whose appointments have been added to the platform manually. The client will receive a notification with the information you want them to know.

Remember that this process is automatic if the appointment is booked from the app for pet owners 11pets: Pet Care.

From the control panel of the 11pets: Groomer Web App, go to “Appointments”.

Once in the calendar, select the appointment you want to send a reminder to.

Once in the appointment information, tap “+” in “Manual Reminders”.

A drop-down will open. You can change whatever you want to your liking. The first thing that appears is the information about the client, in this case, name, email and telephone number.

The next block includes the components of the message, divided into different sections. 11pets automatically generates a default message for you to use, but you can customize it.

You can edit any of the components by pressing the pencil in the top right corner.

And enable or disable the different components to your liking by tapping on the buttons.

At the end, a preview of the message appears. This part can also be edited, so that in case you don’t want to edit the components as previously shown, you can do it from here.

When you have the finished message, the available options appear at the bottom. In this case, we will send the reminder via WhatsApp.

In this case, a preview of the message that will be sent to the client is shown. By tapping on “Continue to chat” the WhatsApp app will open and you will be able to send the message.

And the reminder will automatically appear registered in the appointment information.

In case of sending it via email, your email will be opened in the browser or app you have on your device.
