Keeping track of your sales and invoicing is easy and intuitive with the 11pets: Groomer Web App.
With this, you can add direct sales, the once without an appointment. In addition, with the Groomer Plus plan from 11pets: Groomer you will have the possibility to fully track your invoicing and generate electronic receipts for each appointment to send to your clients.
The 11pets: Groomer Web App allows you to record all sales of products and services that are made without an appointment. The platform allows you to record these “direct sales” with the same level of detail as sales made from a session. You can register the products, the payment method, if you apply discounts or if you leave an outstanding amount.
This tutorial shows step by step how to add a sale of products or services without an appointment.
First, go to the “Purchases” section from the control panel.
All the previous sales that you have registered will be displayed. To add a new sale tap “+” in the upper right corner.
Add the necessary information. First of all, the owner.
Also add the date and time the sale was made.
And now add the products or services by tapping “+”.
Choose the products or services sold.
Tap “Submit” in the lower right corner to save your selection.
Products will be added to the information. To save the sale, tap “Submit” in the lower right corner.
The sale will be automatically recorded. Additionally, if you have the Groomer Plus Plan you can generate a receipt to send to the client.
To do this, click on the “three dots” of the sale and tap “Edit” to see the information about it.
At the bottom you will see the option “Generate Receipt”.
