With the 11pets: Groomer Web App you will have to access to all the advantages of the most advanced software to manage your groomer, now also from any browser.
To access the Web App, you have to register on the 11pets website.
Once on the registration screen, you must enter the information requested, such as email, password and what or who introduced 11pets to you.

A verification email will be automatically sent to your email address. In the email tap “Validate your Account!”.
With your email verified, you will have to choose which Plan you want for your account. You can choose between:
- Groomer Basic: with basic functionalities for the management of your groomer, including electronic appointments, customer and pet management, among others.
- Groomer Plus: which includes all the features of the basic plan, plus advanced features such as the possibility to generate receipts for each service. For more information about the Groomer Plus plan we have a publication where we detail all the features it adds.
Whichever plan you choose, you will have a trial period so you can see if it suits your needs or not.
In this case, we will choose the Groomer Plus Plan. In the next step, “Account Settings”, you must enter all the information related to billing, your name and identity document (in case of being an individual) or company name, your telephone number, address of the establishment, etc…
Finally, you just have to enter the payment method, that is, your bank details. Once you have all the information filled up, press “ADD”.
The information requested in the previous two steps, the Billing Information and the Payment Method, can be omitted during the trial period. During the trial period 11pets will have no cost, so you can “defer” the configuration of these information for later by clicking “Skip account configuration” at the bottom.
To access the 11pets: Groomer Web Application, you will have to tap on “Control Panel”.

And you will already have access to your 11pets: Groomer account.
