1. Synchronize your pet-care schedule with the calendar of your device
Synchronize your pet-care schedule with any of the calendars of your device. If you have your Google, Apple, Outlook (or any other) calendar setup on your device, 11pets can add in it, all the information related to your pet-care schedule. When you make a change from the 11pets app, this change will be automatically reflected on the selected calendar.
2. Track all your pet-care expenses
Now, you can track every detail of your pet-care expenses. Keep everything organized per pet and per category and download all the information in an Excel document information.
3. Apply the same action to various pets at once
If you have many pets, most of the times you deworm them, vaccinate them or bath them all together at the same day. With the “Batch Actions” functionality you can log this information for all pets at one and save time. The application, will create the necessary entries and update the schedule for all pets automatically.
4. Keep the history of the animal states
The Pet States functionality allows keeping the history of the pet with respect to when they came at your home and when they left. The app supports 4 different “in states”: Adopted, Bought, Born at home and the more generic Came in. There are also 4 “out states”: Sold, Given Away, Returned and Lost.
5. Enhanced pets list with searching and filtering
The enhanced pets list includes searching and filtering operations which is especially handy, if you have a large number of pets. You can now search using the name of a pet and filter by species or gender.
6. Track the behavior of your pets
Monitor the behavior of each one of your pets using the specialized menu. Keep detailed information about the changes in their behavior as time passes by, using the dedicated timeline.
7. Periodic personalized pet-care tasks
Program periodic personalized tasks for the care of each of your pets. For example, regular visits to your groomer or your vet or any other periodic activity that is not already covered by the app.
8. Automatic data synchronization on multiple devices
If you have multiple devices, with the Productivity Plan, any change you make on one device, will be automatically propagated to all other devices. This guarantees that your data will be consistent on all your devices at all times.
9. Save space on your device by moving media in the cloud
If you have a large number of pets, it might not be practical to keep all the files of all of them on your device. With the selective storage functionality, you can select to keep the files of a pet either on both the device and the 11pets: Cloud or just on the 11pets: Cloud. This second option, will help you save space on your device without losing anything.
10. Copy your data on a new device in minutes
With the Data Replication functionality, copying your data to a new device will finish in just few minutes. Simply select “Set as Initial Database” from the source device and “Get Initial Database” in the destination device.
11. Priority Support
We have included a dedicated menu for you to send your questions and suggestions. You will get an answer from our team in less than 24 hours in week days and 48 hours during the weekends. We will make sure to get the issue reported solved as soon as possible.
