One of the most frequent actions when you use the 11pets: Groomer Web App is to accept, reject or reschedule appointment requests from your clients.
When a client requests an appointment, you will receive a notification in the “Notifications” section. You can approve, reject or reschedule the request, and even send a message to the client to start a conversation. When you approve the request, your client will automatically receive a notification.
How to approve an appointment request
Tap “Appointments” in the side bar from the main menu as shown below.
When an appointment request comes in, a notification will appear in the upper right corner. Tap on it to see the request.
Tap again on the notification you just received.
It will automatically show you the notification on the calendar, and also it will appear in the “Electronic Appointments” section on the right side.
Tap on the appointment to display the information and manage the appointment request.
A drop-down will appear with all the information of the request. You can change the information you want, the estimated time of the appointment or even the employee, for example.
At the bottom, the different options are shown, close the appointment information, reject the appointment request, reschedule or approve it. In addition, you can send a message to the client if you think it is convenient.
Let’s send him a message to confirm the appointment time and approve the request.
After approving the appointment request, tap “Send and inform the owner” so he receives a notification with the confirmation.
The appointment will automatically be added to your calendar.
How to reschedule an appointment request
Now we are going to reschedule an appointment request.
Let’s first write a message to the client to explain the rescheduling with the new time for the appointment, and then reschedule the appointment.
Choose the time you want to change the appointment. In this case, at 5:00 p.m.
Tap “Send and inform owner” so he is notified.
And the time or date of the appointment you have chosen is automatically changed.
How to decline an appointment request
Finally, let’s decline an appointment request.
Tap “Send and inform owner” so the customer is notified.
And automatically the appointment request disappears from your calendar.
