With the 11pets: Groomer Web App you will have access to a section dedicated to statistics and information about your business activity. Through the Statistics section, you can control invoicing, income from appointments and product sales, the number and type of appointments, as well as the frequency of your clients visits.
This tutorial shows where to find the section and what it includes, so that when you want to use it you have no doubts.
First, go to the “Statistics” section from the main menu.
In this section you can find detailed statistics about your business.
In the upper right, you can change the time interval that is shown in the statistics. In this case, we will change it from 3 months to 6 months.
In addition, you can also change the date by adding a custom one from the calendar.
In this section you will find statistics on:
- The products you sell and the payment method used in them
- Detailed information about appointments, whether or not the customers attended the session, if it has been canceled, etc.
- Numbered statistics on total pets, appointments and owners by months
- And your business expenses
In addition, in all the Statistics sections you can customize the information that is displayed. In this case, for example, in “Purchases” we do not want the “cosmetic products” to be shown, so tapping on its name will hide it.
You can also change the displayed time period easily by scrolling the time line at the bottom of the bar graph.
