Invoicing with the 11pets: Groomer Web App

With the Groomer Plus plan of 11pets: Groomer you can manage your every detail of your invoicing. You will be able to track all sales of products and services, see each invoice you have created, send it to the customer and download all the information in Excel documents.

This tutorial shows how invoicing works with the 11pets: Groomer Web App, to know the functionalities of electronic receipts and how you can download all the information in Excel documents.

First, from the control panel go to “Invoicing”.

All receipts already generated will appear. If you tap “Show voided” the receipts you have voided will not appear.

You can also find receipts by searching for them by name or filtering them by date.

Tap on a receipt to open it and view its information.

The receipt will automatically open with all its information. At the bottom, you can tap to download the receipt.

By tapping on the “three dots” of a receipt, the options you have will be displayed. Download the receipt, send it to the customer or void it. In this case, we will send it to the client.

First add the contact information, in this case, the phone.

In the section “Message components” there are predefined options so that you can send messages easily. To personalize the message, tap on the “pencil”.

From this menu you can customize all the components of the message to your liking. When you’re done tap “Submit” in the lower right corner.

Once you have the custom components, you can adapt the message to the client by enabling or disabling each of the components. For example, in this case we know that the client already has the 11pets: Pet Care app downloaded, so we are going to disable the component where it is explained how to learn to use it.

Finally, the “Message” section appears at the bottom. This is a preview of what the message would look like before sending it. Also, you can directly edit the message from there.

At the bottom appear the options to send the message. In this case, we are going to send it via WhatsApp.

WhatsApp will automatically open, either in the desktop application or in the browser. Tap “Continue to chat” to send it to the customer.

Finally, from the receipt options you can void receipts.

And download the invoicing information in an Excel document. Tap on “Generate report” to generate the document.
