The Groomer Plus plan of 11pets: Groomer allows you to fully track your invoicing, generate electronic receipts and send them to your customers and also download detailed reports for all your sales and invoicing. To enable all these features, it is necessary to first configure the invoicing and tax profile.
To access all these functionalities, you first need to set up the taxes that you are going to apply and assign them to the products or categories. This tutorial shows step by step how to do it, to add a new tax and apply it to different the products of your business.
How to add a tax
First, from the control panel, go to “Settings” in your profile.
Tap “Personalization” to open the drop-down menu.
And look for “Tax Settings”.
It will show the taxes you already have added. To add a new tax, tap “+” in the upper right corner.
Add the necessary information: the name and the tax percentage (%). You can add a category too if you want.
When you have the information added, tap “Submit” in the lower right corner.
And the tax you have created will be added automatically.
Also, you can hide taxes by tapping on the “eye”.
You can also edit or delete a tax quickly by tapping on the three dots.
It won’t let you remove a tax that has associated products. To delete it, you must change the tax on the products in question, so you can then delete the tax.
How to apply a tax to a product or category
To add a tax to a product or category, go to “Products for sale”.
Here appear all the products that you have currently for sale. You can add a new product by tapping “+” in the upper right corner.
To apply a tax to a product, you must first select which product or products you want to set up. In this case, ball and Generic Shampoo. After selecting them, tap the icon in the upper right corner to add the taxes.
Select which tax you want to add and tap “Submit.”
The tax you have selected will be added automatically, in this case the “Standard Plus” that we have added previously.
To add a tax to an entire category, tap on “Category” and select the one you want.
Once selected, tap the icon to search.
Only products in that category will appear. You can select the products one by one or press the “Item” square to select all of them at the same time.
Once selected, follow the same process as before.
You must decide if you want to add the tax to the entire category, or only to the marked products.
Once selected, choose the tax you want to add and tap “Submit.”
And the tax will be updated.
