The 11pets: Groomer Web App enhanced agenda is designed to be easy and intuitive even for salons with multiple groomers.
The appointments for each professional are shown in a different color, which facilitates its distinction. This feature is enabled by default. So when creating the profile of any groomer, the system will assign a color by default, which will be shown in the appointments section.
In this tutorial we show how to create profiles for new employees and how to add and distinguish their colors in the calendar.
First, go to “Employees” from the main menu.
The profiles of the employees already created appear. To add a new employee tap “+” in the upper right corner.
This is the personal information that you have to fill in. Add all the information you have to create the profile.
When you have the information added, tap “Submit” in the lower right corner.
The employee profile will automatically be added. As shown in the image, the system assigns a color to each profile, with which we can distinguish the different employees in the Agenda.
To see how it works in the Calendar, go to the “Appointments” section.
As in the employees section, each of the appointments is represented with a different color, depending on the worker you have set for that session.
Let’s add a new appointment.
Tap “Employee” in the appointment information to see the available workers and select who you want. In this case, we will add the employee we just added, Gina.
When you’re done filling in the appointment information, tap “Submit” in the lower right corner.
The appointment will automatically be added to the calendar with the color of Marina, in this case green.
In our groomer, since we have 4 workers, there are 4 colors assigned, as you can see below.
