Setup your public profile
For your customers to be able to find your salon you first need to make the profile of your salon public. The tutorial that follows explains how to setup your public profile.
Define your opening hours
The second step is to define the opening hours of your salon, that is, the timeframe during which the customers can request an appointment with you. Remember that you do not always have to accept the time requested by a customer, you can always propose a different time or even reject it. The tutorial that follows explains every step.
Handle an appointment request
When a customer requests an appointment with you, you will receive a notification on your device with the details of the customer, information about the pet, the service and the time requested. There are three different ways to reply to this request.
- Accept the request: If you want to accept the request as is, tap the “Accept” button. The system will notify the customer and the corresponding entry will be created in your schedule automatically.
- Propose a new time: If you want to propose a new time, tap the “Reschedule” button. The system will notify your customer with the proposed time. The customer can accept it or make a new request. When the customer responds, you will receive a notification on your device.
- Reject: If you do not want to accept the request, tap the “Reject” button. The system will delete the request and notify the customer. If you want, you can also include a message explaining the reason.
