With the Groomer Plus Plan of 11pets: Groomer you have access to additional features to manage your groomer. With this plan you will be able to download the information related to your invoicing in Excel format, so that you can analyze the information and identify trends.
From the 11pets: Groomer Web App you can easily download the invoicing information in Excel format directly to your computer. So that you are able to analyze it and discover trends that can help your business.
You can download Excel documents for the functionalities:
- Invoicing: a report with the information of all the receipts that you have generated during the selected period.
- Purchases: offers a report with information related to the sales of your business.
- Expenses: shows a report with the information related to your business expenses during the selected period.
How to download the Excel document
You can easily find all three functionalities from which you can download information in Excel format. From the main menu of the 11pets: Groomer Web App, at the bottom left.
The first of the sections from which we can download the Excel document is “Purchases”. To download the document you will have to press the icon that is marked in orange in the image below.
In the “Invoicing” and “Expenses” sections, the icon is located in the same place.
Let’s download the document.
The downloaded document will automatically appear at the bottom of the screen. Clicking on it will open it to you to access your information.
And we will be able to see the information, in this case of the “Expenses” of our business.
