Customer communication with the 11pets: Groomer Web App

The customer communication is very important for a business, that is why with the 11pets: Groomer Web App this contact channel has been improved so that everything is easy and intuitive.

With this functionality you will be able to send and personalize messages quickly, selecting the contacts that you want to communicate offers, vacations, any changes, etc. You will be able to send an email and you will always have your clients well informed.

First, go to “Customer Communication” from the main menu.

Tap “+” to add a new message.

Tap “Select Contacts” to add your customers.

You have different selections available. In this case, we will choose the contacts with appointments in the last month.

From this menu you can customize the customer selection. By tapping on the “buttons” you can add or exclude contacts. When you have your selection finished, press “Submit”.

In case of having customized the selection of clients, by tapping this “button” you can select that the excluded contacts are remembered for future messages.

Let’s add the message.

Previously sent messages will appear here. In this case, we will add a new one.

These are the components of the message that you have to fill. Additionally, you can add a private note.
To end the message, tap “Submit”.

When you have the message ready, tap “Email” to send the message.

Once you have sent the email, the system will ask you if the action has been completed. If you have sent the message, tap “OK” to finish the process.
