It is very important to keep our pets at an adequate weight. Unless your vet advises otherwise, you should try and keep your dog in the weight-range typical for his or her gender and breed or breed-mix.
The “11pets: Pet Care” app has a dedicated section for weight tracking that will help you log everything, see the trends and identify any issues. To access the weight menu:
- Go to the main menu of your pet
- Tap the “Care” button (at the bottom)
- Tap the “Measurements” button
- Tap the “+” button to add a new measurement
You can configure the desired weight-range for your pet and the application will automatically show how each measurement compares with it. The app will also show the age of the pet when a measurement was taken which comes very handy for puppies and kittens.
