The steps below outline how to generate a shareable report for each platform.

Android
To generate a report, you must first go to the profile of the animal from the main menu. Then you have to go to “Share” in the lower right corner.
All previously generated reports will automatically appear. To create a new report tap “+”. There are 4 options for sharing a report:
- Summary of the medical history to share with vet
- Care report to share with your pet’s sitter
- The complete medical history to share with your vet
- Details of an incident to share with the vet or pet sitter
Let’s select the complete history to share with the vet. The report will be generated automatically and by tapping “+”, you can add notes as shown below.
You can add private notes (you can only see them yourself) or public notes (which will appear in the report). Let’s add a public note for the vet to see.
Once you are done with the notes, you have two options:
- View: the report will open in your browser so you can see a preview of it.
- Share: will open the options to share the report. You can copy the link at the top to send it as a link, or send it via Bluetooth, email, message, etc.
As you can see in the last image, the report you just created will automatically be added to the list of reports. At any time in the future, you will be able to see or share that report again with whoever you want.
iOS
To generate an animal report, you will have to go to its profile first. Once in the profile of the animal, tap “Share” in the lower right corner.

Web
Data in our Web portal is automatically synchronized and therefore only a login is required for generating reports. Just navigate to the reports panel via the sidebar.
You can now view the report online by clicking on the report link.
